Founder

Krys is the founder and CEO of Krys Development Group and oversees all aspects of development activities. She has a background in real estate development that stretches over 20 years. Krys provides strategic leadership and is directly involved in concept to completion. International projects to date include residential, multi-family, commercial, land syndication development, hotel/condo conversions and luxury acquisitions. Krys strives to identify development opportunities and design concepts that inspire people and offer unique experiences.

DANIEL FRIESEN

VP of Development

Daniel Friesen has been in construction over 25 years acquiring master capability in each professional trade’s speciality. Daniel consistently produces top quality construction while paying attention to costs and timelines. Though much experience was earned in producing large industrial complexes, his true passion lies in producing high quality living spaces. His integrity and detailed orientation naturally lead to premium results.

JOLENE KEATS

Vice President of Capital Markets
As Vice President of Capital Markets, Jolene Keats brings over 15 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on ground up construction, hospitality development, and capital raising. She has founded two successful fintech companies and has been involved in the structuring and issuance of various debt and equity securities. She has worked extensively with a broad range of clients including single proprietors, institutional owners, private equity firms, and governments to ensure successful transactions of all tiers of CRE assets. Her background in hotel development includes some of the world's largest hotel companies such as Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, Red Lion Corp, and Wyndham Worldwide.

Concept Green Contracting

Concept Green has been a New Home Construction Contractor since 2015. In 2018 a renovations service was added to the company’s offering, and has been growing each year since. We approach every project with the client’s goals as our guide. We are a flexible company able to source a variety of environmental materials and systems upon request. The new homes we produce incorporate the latest in technology, fashion and design, and efficiency.
